Many of these recipes are here because it's just too easy for me to use the computer in the kitchen as my cookbook. I just open my browser to the recipe I'm using and I'm good to go - no paper fuss and no mess. And, if you have been to my house for dinner and ask for a recipe, this is where I will post it.
